 through my work in several restaurants, i discovered thet each restaurant has its own way of preparing guacamole sauce, then i discovered a delicious way to prepare guacamole sauce, in an easy, and multi-use way.

Guacamole is a classic, healthy, and versatile dip that originates from mexican cuisine, made primarily from avocados, it’s packed with nutrients, healthy fats, and vibrant flavors, whether you’re hosting a party, preparing a snack, or looking for a tasty topping for your meals, this guacamole recipe is sure to impress, below, you’ll find a step-by-step guide to making the perfect guacamole, along with tips to customize it to your liking.

Ingredients 😋 

To make this healthy guacamole, you’ll need the following ingredients.

3 ripe avocados : the star of the dish, avocados are rich in healthy fats, fiber, and vitamins.

• 1 Small onion, finely chopped : adds a subtel crunch and sharp flavor.

2 Roma tomatoes, diced : provides freshness snd a juicy texture.

1 clove garlic, minced : enhance the flavors with a hint of pungency .

• 1 lim, juiced : adds tanginess and helps prevent the avocados from browning.

• 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro,chopped : brings a refreshing, herbaceous note.

• 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste ) : enhance the overall flavor. 

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper : add a mild spice 

Optional: 1 small jalapeno’s finely diced (for those who enjoy a spicy kick.

Instructions :

• 1 Prepare the avocados:

 Start by cutting the avocados in half lengthwise, remove the pits by gently tapping them with a knife and twisting, scoop out the flesh using a spoon and place it in a medium-sized bowl, using a fork, mash the avocados to your desired consistency, some people prefer a chunky guacamole, while others like it smooth, adjust according to your preference.

• 2 Mix the ingredients:

Add the finally chopped onion 🧅,diced tomatoes, minced garlic, lime juice, chopped cilantro, salt, and black pepper to the mashed avocados, if you’re using jalapeno for extra spice, add it at this stage, gently mix all the ingredients together to ensure everything is well combined, be careful not to over mix, as you want to maintain the texture of the guacamole.

3 Taste and adjust:

Once everything is mixed, taste your guacamole and adjust the seasoning as needed, you might want to add more lime juice for tanginess, salt for flavors, or pepper for a bit of heat, this step is crucial to achieving the perfect balance of flavors.

• 4 Serve:

 Guacamole is best served fresh, transfer it to a serving bowl and pair it with your favorite, accompaniments, traditional options include tortilla chips, but you can also serve it with vegetables sticks (like carrots, cucumber, or bell pepper) for a healthier alternative, additionally, guacamole makes an excellent topping for tacos, burritos, salads, or even grilled meats.
