Caesar salad is one of those famous dishes that you’ll almost always find on restaurant menus-whether the place is Italian or not, l’ve noticed this through my work in several restaurants, and it’s always been a staple on the menu
What stands out is that the presentation of the salad varies from one restaurant to another, giving each version its own unique touch, the photo I ‘m sharing with you today isn’t from the restaurant i currently work at, but rather from the one where my younger brother works as a chef, i was impressed by how rich and varied the ingredients looked.
And the taste ? Absolutely delicious especially thanks to the special dressing that adds an irresistible flavors to the salad.
