when you’re pregnant, eating safely becomes a top priority, many ingredients commonly used in recipes can pose a risk to the developing baby-especially raw eggs,which are often found in traditional sauces like mayonnaise, that’s why today i’m excited to share with you a flavorful, safe and healthy alternatives chimichurri sauce .
this vibrant green sauce originates from Argentine and is also widely used across several latin America countries, chimichurri is known for its bold, herby flavor and is traditionally served with grilled meats, as a chef working in a professional kitchen, i prepare this sauce daily due to high demand-and personally, i love it, it’s not only delicious, but also safe for pregnant women, which is why i make it regularly and wanted to share it with you.

unlike many other sauces, chimichurri contains no raw eggs or dairy products, making it a safer choice for expectant mothers, it’s made entirely from fresh herbs, garlic, Olive oil, vinegar, and spices -all of which are natural and offer nutritional benefits.
✓ Ingredients you’ll need :
• 1 cup fresh chopped parsley and cilantro (combined )
• 1 red chili 🌶️ pepper (fresh and spicy )
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 cup extra virgin olive 🫒 oil
• 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
• 1 tsp ground black pepper
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp dried oregano

✓ Preparation instructions:
1 start by thoroughly washing your parsley and, cilantro, once clean, them finely
2 chop the garlic cloves and red chili peppers ( you can remove the seeds if you prefer less heat )
3 place all the chopped ingredients into a clean, airtight glass jar or container
4 for in the olive 🫒 oil and appel cider vinegar
5 add the salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.
6 mix all the ingredients well, then seal the jar
