Clssic Bruschetta recipe

At the Italian restaurant where i used to work, there was a day when a special seminar was organized for a company, during that event, a variety of dishes were served, including bruschetta-a very diverse dish that combines different flavors, i was truly impressed by it, both visually and in terms of taste, as i took the opportunity to try it and really savor its flavor, i found it to be a recipe worth sharing.

Bruschetta is delicious and easy-to-make italian recipe here’s how to prepare it :

Ingredients:

Baguette 🥖 or Italian bread ,sliced lang ways guacamole 🥑 sauce ( you can find the recipe on our page ) 

_ tapenade sauce 

_ Pesto sauce  

2 portions of cream cheese ( or any cheese of your choice ) 

15 g smoked salmon slices .

20 g romaine lettuce 🥬 pieces .

Grilled eggplant 🍆 slices .

Grilled zucchini slices.

Sun-dried tomatoes Italian style.

Fresh basil ( a few chopped leaves ) 

2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil 🫒 

Grated parmesan cheese ( optional) 

Balsamic cream ( for garnish ) 

Salt 🧂, black pepper, and olive oil 🫒.

Instructions:

             1 preparing the bread: 

Slice the bread into pieces 1-2 cm thick Brush the slices with a little olive oil thyme , and garlic powder , and toast them in the oven at 180°c for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.

 

               2 preparing the pico de Gallo :

In a bowl , mix diced tomatoes, and onion deason with salt . Black pepper and olive oil .

               3 preparing tapenade sauce :

Blend pitted black olive oil ,and half a teaspoon. Of thyme until smooth.

                4 preparing pesto sauce :

Blend 200 g  fresh basil leaves. 4 walnuts, a pinch of salt , pepper , half a cup of lemon 🍋 juice , and 1,5 cup of Olive oil 🫒 in a blender until smooth. 

                  5 Grilling vegetables: 

Slice eggplant and zucchini into thin pieces.

Grill them in a panini press, seasoning with salt until tender and lightly charred .

                  6 assembling the Bruschetta: 

First variation : spread one tablespoons of guacamole 🥑 on a slice of bread add romaine lettuce, smoked salmon,and garnish with pesto sauce , and basil leaves .

Second variation : spread one tablespoons of tapenade sauce on a slice of bread .

Third variation: spread one tablespoons of cream cheese on a slice of bread , 

Add son Romaine lettuce 🥬 and a spoonful of pico de Gallo garnish with lines of balsamic cream.

                 7 serving immediately for the best taste and texture .
