I discovered the burrito recipe while working at a Mexican restaurant, and i honestly didn’t expect it to be that delicious! That’s why i wanted to share it with you- because i never keep the good stuff to myself, everything i learn through my work, i love passing on to you, so you can enjoy dishes just like the ones served in famous restaurants.

Ingredients:
1 tortilla bread.
3 tablespoons of guacamole sauce .
3 tablesppons of basmati rice 🍚 cooked with cloves and salt.
3 tablespoons of canned corn .
2 tablespoons of pico de gallo.
A small amount of chopped lettuce 🥬 two strips of crispy fried chicken.
A little cheddar cheese.
Choose your preferred sauce, house or any sauce you like .
Preparation method:
1 preparing the guacamole 🥑 sauce :
You well need
1 ripe avocado 🥑
3 tablespoons of lemon juice A pinch of salt.
1 tablespoons of chopped parsley
1 teaspoon of chopped onion
2 tablespoons of chopped tomato mash everything with a fork or a blender until it turns into a smooth sauce.
2 spread the guacamole 🥑 sauce on the taco bread , then add a little pico de Gallo canned cron , and chopped lettuce 🥬, next add the drained basmati rice and small pieces of crispy chicken ,add the sauce of you choice , sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top , and f lod the buritou as shown below.
3 place the buritou on a hot skillet without any fat until it turns , golden brown.
If you like burrito with barbacoa meat , i will give you a way to cook it very easily.
Ingredients: 😋
• 1 kg beef ( preferably chuck or brisket), cut into large chunks
• 2 tablespoons vegetables oil
• 1 onion, chopped
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (or canned hot peppers as a substitute)
• 1 teaspoon Cummin
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1 teasproon ground coriander
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 bay leaf
• 1/2 cup beef broth or water
• salt to taste
Instructions:
• 1 Sear the beef : heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat, sear the beef pieces on all sides until golden brown.
• 2 Add aromatics : Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onion softens.
• 3 Add spices and liquids : add the chipotle peppers, cumin, oregano, coriander, black pepper, bay leaf, and lime juice.
• 4 Slow cook: pour in the beef broth, cover the pot, and reduce the heat, simmer gently for 2-3 hours until the beef is very tender and can be easily shredded with a fork.
• 5 Shred the beef : remove the bay leaf and use two fork to shred the beef.
• 6 Serve : Use the Shredded beef in burrito along with rice, black beans, guacamole, cheese, and salsa.
2 Easy House sauce recipe:
This versatile house sauce is perfect for burgers, sandwich, salads, and dipping! It’s creamy, tangy, and takes just a few minutes to prepare .
* Ingredients: 🤤
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons mustard
• 1 tablespoons vinegar ( apple cider or white vinegar)
• 1 tablespoons pickle relish
• teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
•1/2 teaspoon paprika
• salt and black pepper to taste
* Instructions:
• 1 in a bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup,and mustard.
• 2 Add vinegar and pickle relish, and mix well.
• 3 Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, stir until smooth and creamy .
• 4 Adjust seasoning to taste.
• 5 Refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors blend.
